- Connecting KOLs with brand partnership opportunities.
- Providing creator management and guidance.
- Assisting with content strategy and development.
- Facilitating affiliate marketing and product promotion collaborations.
The specific services provided to you may vary based on your engagement with us and the agreements we enter into.
4. User Accounts and Conduct

If you create an account to use our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up – to – date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GRC. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
6. Brand Partnerships and Payments
6.1 Collaborations
When we facilitate a partnership between you (as a KOL) and a brand, the specific terms of the collaboration (including deliverables, timelines, and compensation) will be set forth in a separate agreement between you and the brand. We may assist in negotiating these terms but are not a party to the agreement between you and the brand.
6.2 Payments
For services where we handle payments (e.g., commission – based collaborations), we will process payments in accordance with the agreed – upon terms. You are responsible for any taxes associated with the income you earn through our services. We reserve the right to deduct any fees or charges owed to us from payments made to you.
